Work out less

I worked out less this week than I have in the last couple weeks. I was tired last week and didn’t go to the gym as much, so I decided to take it easy this week, and I did so successfully. I have not felt this good in my life since the summer before my senior year of high school. I really don’t know how to explain it better.

Work out less. You can do that by working out at a high intensity for the first 10 minutes and then at a lower intensity for the remainder of the workout. This method is especially effective when your goal is to burn more calories in less time. It’s also a great way to make sure you are getting a good workout at the beginning of your workout.
